Marketing Intelligence & Measurement

Turn Marketing Data Into Decisions You Can Act On

We build the measurement foundation and the analysis on top of it, so you know what is working, what is not, and what to do next.

Who it's for: businesses spending on marketing without a trusted view of which channels, campaigns and leads actually produce revenue, and teams whose reports disagree with the CRM.

Problems we solve

Plenty of data. Not enough clarity.

  1. 01

    Platforms report different numbers

Ads, analytics and the CRM each tell a different story, and nobody is sure which to believe.

  2. 02

Conversions are tracked, but not the ones that matter

Form fills are counted, yet nobody knows which became qualified opportunities or customers.

  3. 03

    Tracking is broken or incomplete

Missing events, duplicated tags and consent gaps quietly corrupt the data that decisions rely on.

  4. 04

Reports describe the past without guiding action

Dashboards show what happened but not why, or what to change.

Capabilities and deliverables

From tracking to insight.

Delivered as consulting and implementation work on your accounts. We do not sell packaged measurement software, and what is possible depends on the platforms and access involved.

Performance monitoring

Ongoing checks for tracking breaks and performance shifts.

Typical deliverables

Typical deliverables

  • Automated report builds
  • Prioritised opportunity list
  • Recommendations reviewed by a person

Our principles

Data quality, business context, human judgment.

Analysis is only as good as the data and the understanding behind it.

  1. 01

    Fix the foundation first

We check tracking and data quality before drawing conclusions, and tell you where the data is not reliable enough to act on.

  2. 02

    Start from your business model

Metrics are chosen around how you actually make money, not around what a platform makes easy to report.

  3. 03

    Recommendations are reviewed by people

Automated analysis can flag patterns, but a person validates findings against context before we recommend action.

  4. 04

    Honest about uncertainty

Attribution is an estimate. We state assumptions and limits plainly and do not overstate precision.

Example scenarios

Questions measurement helps answer.

Illustrative scenarios, not client results.

Which channels produce qualified leads?

Situation
Ad platforms report plenty of conversions, but sales says lead quality is inconsistent.
Approach
Connect lead source to CRM stage and compare channels by qualified outcome, not form fills.
Human role
Sales and marketing review the findings together before budgets move.

Why do two reports disagree?

Situation
Analytics and the ad platform show different conversion counts.
Approach
Audit tags and definitions, explain the differences, and agree one source of truth per metric.

Is tracking still working after a site change?

Situation
A redesign went live and nobody confirmed the conversion events survived.
Approach
Run a tracking audit, repair what broke, and add monitoring so it is caught sooner next time.

How it works

A practical sequence.

  1. 1

    Understand goals and current setup

We review your business goals, accounts, tags and reports.

  2. 2

    Audit data quality

We check tracking, definitions and CRM data, and report what can and cannot be trusted.

  3. 3

    Implement and validate

We fix and configure measurement, then test that it records what it should.

  4. 4

    Analyse and recommend

We analyse performance and prepare recommendations in business terms.

    Reviewed by a person

  5. 5

    Monitor and refine

We keep an eye on data health and revisit the plan as your marketing changes.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell measurement software?

No. We provide consulting and implementation using the platforms you already use or that we recommend. We do not claim packaged integrations for every system.

Can you connect to our CRM?

Often, depending on the CRM, its configuration and your permissions. We confirm feasibility before scoping.

Can attribution tell us exactly which ad drove a sale?

Not with certainty. Attribution models estimate contribution. We explain the limits and use several views rather than a single answer.

What access do you need?

Access to your analytics, ad accounts and CRM at the level required, granted by you and revocable.

What does it cost?

It depends on the accounts, systems and depth involved. Scope, timeline and pricing are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins.
