How Interadtive Media LLC handles information on interadtivemedia.com.

Version 0.3.7 · Effective October 25, 2026

At a glance

This one policy covers the whole website: the redesigned pages and the older pages that remain available on the same domain. Where they differ, the table and the sections below say which is which.

Status of each data practice, for the redesigned pages and for the older pages
PracticeRedesigned pagesOlder pages that remain
Contact formActive. What you enter goes from your browser straight to Formspree (see below).Active on the paid-search page and the Google Business Profile page: what you enter goes straight to Formspree.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)Not active. No analytics script is loaded or requested. It may be added later, only with your consent and only after this policy is updated. On the paid-search page only, and only after you click Accept. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as Decline. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Preferences in that page’s footer.
CookiesNone set. These pages set no cookies and load no third-party scripts, fonts or advertising technologies.Google Analytics cookies, only if you accept analytics.
Browser storageNothing saved while analytics is off. Campaign parameters in the address are held only in the page’s memory (see below).A small record of your analytics choice (accepted or declined, with the date) in your browser’s local storage.
Text messagesWe do not currently send SMS or text messages to people who contact us, for marketing or for any other purpose.
Marketing emailWe do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters to people who contact us through this website.
Other companies’ resourcesNone. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. Some older pages load fonts from Google Fonts or a styling library from a content delivery network. Those companies receive your IP address and browser details (see “Service providers”).
CAPTCHAThe redesigned form contains no CAPTCHA. Formspree’s own reCAPTCHA option is switched off for the intended launch (an owner setting). Spam is handled by a hidden form field and by Formspree’s automated spam filtering.

Who we are and what this covers

This website is operated by Interadtive Media LLC, a marketing and automation consultancy. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Interadtive Media LLC. We publish an email address for privacy questions and requests and do not publish a postal address.

This policy applies to all pages on interadtivemedia.com. That includes the redesigned pages (home, About, services, Contact and this policy) and the older pages that remain available: the paid-search service page, the Google Business Profile page, one case study and the original thank-you page. This list is reviewed at each release.

Information we collect and how we use it

What you give us

  • Redesigned contact form: full name, business email address, company and service interest (required); your project description (required); website address and a budget or investment range (optional); and a technical label identifying the form that sent the message.
  • Paid-search page form: your name, email address and message.
  • Google Business Profile form: your name, phone number, email address, website and Google Business Profile details, and a label naming the page. If you give a phone number, we may answer your request by telephone or by email. We do not use it to send text messages.
  • Email you send us at the address shown in “Contact”.

Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or health or other sensitive personal information in any form or message.

What is collected automatically

When your browser requests a page, our web host and the other companies listed under “Service providers” receive technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our web host, Vultr, keeps server logs of these requests for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period. Analytics data is collected only if you accept analytics on a page that offers it (see “Cookies and browser storage”).

How we use it

  • To read and respond to your inquiry, and to send related correspondence such as scheduling, proposals and follow-up on your request. If we work together, it also includes messages about that work.
  • To keep a record of that correspondence.
  • To run, secure and troubleshoot the website and to filter spam.
  • On older pages that offer it, and only if you accept analytics, to understand how the pages are used.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Your form entries are not sent to any analytics or advertising service. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Formspree

Form submissions on the redesigned pages and on the older pages are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit a form, your browser sends what you enter directly to Formspree. Formspree stores the submission in an archive, sends a notification to our business mailbox, and applies automated spam filtering. Like any web service, Formspree also receives the technical details your browser sends with a request, such as your IP address and browser information. Formspree handles your data under its own terms and privacy policy, which you should read. Where Formspree is located, how it transfers data and how long it keeps submissions are set by Formspree and its plan settings, not by us.

After you submit, Formspree sends your browser on to a thank-you page — this site’s thank-you page for the redesigned form, or the original thank-you page for the older forms — and may briefly show one of its own pages first. A thank-you page cannot confirm that your message was delivered.

The notification reaches our business mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace, our email provider. The redesigned form contains no CAPTCHA, and Formspree’s own reCAPTCHA option is switched off for the intended launch. If a CAPTCHA is introduced it may involve Google, and we will update this policy first. Any page operated by Formspree that you reach after submitting is outside our pages and has its own cookies and policy.

The redesigned form may later send your submission by script instead of by loading a new page. That would go to the same Formspree form and would not change who receives your information.

Service providers

These companies handle information for us or receive technical details when your browser contacts them. Each handles it under its own terms.

Some pages also link to social networks and scheduling tools. Following those links takes you to their sites, which have their own policies. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

Redesigned pages. In the planned launch configuration these pages set no cookies, save nothing in your browser’s local or session storage, and show no consent banner, because nothing that requires consent is running. Their fonts and images are served from this website itself.

Older pages with analytics. The paid-search page shows a banner asking you to Accept or Decline analytics. Nothing is requested from Google until you accept. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier of our property). If you decline, it is not loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage as a small record with your choice and the date; it does not contain an identifier.

Changing your choice. On the paid-search page, use Cookie Preferences in the footer at any time to reopen the choice and switch analytics on or off. When you turn it off, analytics stops straight away for that page, and we remove the Google Analytics cookies that the page can reach in your browser. Some may remain, for example in another browser or until they expire, and you can also delete them in your browser settings. Turning analytics off does not delete information already collected; to ask about that, use the contact address below.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the paid-search page treats it as a decision to decline analytics: Google Analytics is not loaded, and any analytics cookies this page can reach are removed. You can still choose Accept in Cookie Preferences, and that explicit choice is respected on later visits while the signal remains on. Choosing Decline later removes it again.

If analytics is enabled later on the redesigned pages, the site would show a consent choice with equal “Reject analytics” and “Accept analytics” options, and a footer control to change your choice at any time. Your choice would be saved in your browser’s local storage (a small record with your choice and the date, no identifier) and asked for again after 12 months. A signal from your browser such as Global Privacy Control would be treated as a decision to decline until you choose otherwise. If you accept, Google’s analytics tag would set cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier of our Google Analytics property. If you reject or withdraw, analytics stops, and the site tries to remove those cookies. Browsers limit what a website can remove, so cookies set earlier or on other pages of the same domain may remain until they expire. None of this is active in the planned launch configuration.

Browser-based settings and extensions can also block or delete cookies and storage.

Analytics

Redesigned pages: not active in the planned launch configuration. We may later use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and whether the contact form is started. This section describes the plan so it can be reviewed before anything is switched on.

  • Google’s analytics code would not be requested at all until you accept analytics, and you could withdraw at any time.
  • The Google tag would be configured with advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals off.
  • Only a few generic events would be recorded (such as that the contact form was started or had a validation error), with the form’s identifier and the service type you selected. Names, email addresses, company names and messages would never be sent to analytics.
  • The page address sent to Google would not include anything after the page path, so campaign and other query parameters are not included.
  • Google would act as a provider for this purpose and process data under its own terms.
  • We will update this policy, and the cookie information above, before enabling it.

Older pages. Google Analytics 4 runs on the paid-search page only after you accept it, as described above. If you accept, it records how the page is used, such as pages viewed and interactions, together with approximate location (city and region) and device and browser details.

Settings of our analytics property: Google signals is off; collection of user-provided data (which can use details such as email addresses) is off; event-level data is kept for 2 months and user-level data, which is tied to the analytics cookie identifier, for 14 months, and the 14 months restarts each time the same browser is active again while analytics is accepted. The property is linked to one of our Google Ads accounts. Personalized advertising is disabled for that link.

Campaign parameters

If you arrive through a campaign link, the address may contain parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, or advertising click identifiers (for example gclid, wbraid, gbraid, msclkid, fbclid, li_fat_id). On the redesigned pages, while analytics is off, these are held only in the page’s memory and are not stored or sent anywhere by us.

If analytics is enabled later on the redesigned pages and you accept it, the site could save these, with the landing page and a timestamp, in your browser’s session storage for the rest of that browser tab’s session. If you reject analytics or later withdraw your choice, the saved copy is removed. They are not sent to Google Analytics. We will update this policy first if we ever use them for anything else, such as attaching them to a form submission.

Text messages and email

We do not currently send SMS or text messages to people who contact us, and giving us a phone number does not sign you up for them. We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters to people who contact us through this website. We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry and to communicate about the services you asked about. If we ever start sending text messages or marketing emails, we will update this policy first and ask for your agreement where the law requires.

Retention and security

Retention

Our rule is to keep website inquiries for 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you. A meaningful interaction is a reply, call, meeting or proposal by either side; automated messages and spam do not count. When the period ends, the rule is to delete the inquiry from the Formspree archive and from our business mailbox. We may keep information longer where an exception applies: an active client relationship or contract, tax and accounting records, or a legal hold.

We are setting up a quarterly review to apply this rule. That review is not yet operating, so until it is, some inquiries may be kept longer than 24 months. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months (see “Analytics”), and our web host keeps server logs for a limited period.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and form data is sent to Formspree over an encrypted connection. We aim to limit access to inquiries to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as asking what we hold, correcting it, deleting it, objecting to or restricting some uses, or withdrawing consent. To make a request, email contact@interadtivemedia.com and tell us which right you want to use and the email address you used on the form. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can. You can change your analytics choice on older pages at any time using Cookie Preferences, as described above.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, in particular before any analytics, advertising, CAPTCHA, text messaging, marketing email or CRM tooling is switched on, and we will change the version and date.
